About the course

INTI is one of the first Malaysian university to offer a Bachelor degree in Financial Planning. Our Bachelor of Financial Planning is a multi-discipline degree designed to meet the current dramatic growth in an industry requiring in-depth understanding of accounting, taxation, financial planning and superannuation. This industry-driven curriculum is based on the body of knowledge from reputable professional bodies such as Registered Financial Planner (RFP) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP). You will be equipped with in-depth knowledge in the legislation, policies, personal attributes and principals to provide sound financial planning to all members of the community. Upon graduation you'll receive dual awards from INTI International University and the University of Hertfordshire. You will also be exposed to actual working environments through industry visits, talks and workshops with multinational companies.

* 20% INTI Edu-Assist Waiver is only applicable to those having a household income (including both working parents) of RM8,000 or less (Applied to West Malaysia students) and RM6,000 or less (Applied to East Malaysia students).
Entry Requirements
  • STPM (before 2003) - Pass STPM with full pass in 2 subjects
  • STPM (2003 onwards) - Minimum CGPA of 2.0 (3 best subjects including General Paper)
  • Foundation - Completion of Foundation Programme
  • Diploma - Completion of Diploma in relevant fields with minimum CGPA of 2.0
  • UEC - 5 Bs
  • NSW (HSC) - 10 units with ATAR of 55
  • Tertiary Entrance Examination (Tee) - 4 or 5 passes with ATAR of 55
  • Australian Year 12 - 4 or 5 passes with ATAR of 55
  • Matriculation/Pre-University - Completion of Matriculation/Pre-University programme with minimum CGPA of 2.0
