About the course

Our Bachelor of Mass Communication (Hons) programme covers the characteristics and intricacies of the media's role in society, in order to convey messages effectively, through the aid or critical thinking skills. We will prepare you with the skills, techniques as well as theoretical knowledge to strategically craft solutions for business challenges. You will be exposed to hands-on training with state-of-the-art industry relevant equipment and software to train in both the creative and managerial aspects of the advertising industry.

* 20% INTI Edu-Assist Waiver is only applicable to those having a household income (including both working parents) of RM8,000 or less (Applied to West Malaysia students) and RM6,000 or less (Applied to East Malaysia students).
Entry Requirements
  • Foundation - Completion of Foundation Programme
  • UEC - Minimum 5 Bs
  • STPM - Pass STPM with full pass in 2 subjects
  • A Level - 2 Es
  • SAM - 5 subjects with ATAR of 55
  • NSW (HSC) - 10 units with ATAR of 55
  • CPU - 5 passes with an average of 55
  • Australian Year 12 - 4 or 5 passes with ATAR of 55
  • Matriculation/Pre-University - Completion of Matriculation/Pre-University programme with minimum CGPA of 2.0
  • Diploma - Completion of Diploma in relevant fields with minimum CGPA of 2.0
